Elmer and Marilyn Kostenski Scholarship

Scholarship for tuition, fees, or books awarded to a student attending Richland Community College. The student can be full- or part-time with a minimum of 6 credit hours. A student must have completed one semester at Richland with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher. Preference is given to students planning to major in Education, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Nursing. Preference will be given to residents of Macon and Piatt County. Preference given to students not eligible for full gift aid as determined by the FAFSA.
