Judith Ann Burnell Edmiston Early Bird Kiwanis Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students with demonstrated financial need who are graduates of a high school in Macon County. Preference is to be given to those with a strong desire to attend Richland Community College, but whose families lack the means to provide part or all of the tuition for them. The scholarship is need-based and not necessarily based on academic excellence. Students must be pursuing a degree. Scholarship covers tuition, books, and/or required learning resources.
