CAPCIL Scholarship

Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois has income-eligible scholarships available for students pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree or trade school certification. Students must be a resident of DeWitt, Fulton, Logan, Mason, Menard, or Piatt County. Students from Macon, Moultrie, Christian, Shelby and Sangamon Counties are not eligible.
